Grandfather Winery spans 10+ acres and encourages guests to walk the grounds and explore the terrain for themselves. Their vineyard, comprising 5 acres, is situated along the hill and is terraced for optimal sun exposure. The Watauga River flows through the property offering up close riverside seating and serene and relaxing views whether you’re lounging in one of their adirondack chairs, taking shade under the cabana or enjoying a family get-together at one of their picnic tables.
