Ashe Bash 2026 – Krüger Brothers & Fireside Collective

Ashe Bash 2026 is a FREE outdoor musical extravaganza presented by the Ashe County Chamber of Commerce at Courthouse Square in Jefferson, NC. The night features two celebrated acts: the Krüger Brothers — Jens and Uwe Kruger with Joel Landsberg — acoustic masters rooted in Appalachian tradition and classical training; and Fireside Collective, an acclaimed progressive bluegrass/folk band from Asheville known for tight harmonies and infectious energy.

New River Blues Festival

The New River Blues Festival is now in its 24th season — the only blues music festival in the NC mountains, produced by The King Bees (Rob ‘Hound Dog’ Baskerville and Penny ‘Queen Bee’ Zamagni). Set in a beautiful riverside meadow at the historic River House Inn in Grassy Creek, NC. Our State Magazine named it one of its ‘Top Ten Things To Do On Labor Day Weekend.’ Artist lineup TBA.
