With decades of experience under their collective belts, the group of multi-instrumentalists decided to forge ahead and mine the deep grooves of classic recordings from the 1960s and 70s, breathing life into the songs of Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Billy Preston, Junior Walker & The Allstars, Al Green, Sam & Dave, Otis Redding, Booker T. & The MGs, The Meters, Bill Withers, Van Morrison, The Allman Brothers Band, Derek & The Dominoes, Joe Cocker, CCR, The Rolling Stones and many more.

From bars and clubs, to outdoor festivals, weddings and private events, Soul Benefactor has played at functions all over the High Country, developing a loyal following of fans young and old.
